What are my shipping options?

We shipout all orders within 2-4 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please keep in mind we produce your order after payment, we do not simply grab your order from a warehouse. Please understand before you make a purchase with us, that these orders are custom BUILT TO ORDER processing/production time is about 2-4 working days. Shipping & delivery time is approximately 9-15 days depending on location.

We ship with UPS, FedEx, Air. We offer free standard 9-14 business day shipping. For rush orders, please contact us for shipping solution.

Do you guarantee delivery on specific dates?

You can specify a particular delivery date and we will do our best to have your order delivered on or before that date. However, because we ship using UPS, FedEx, Air and do not directly control their operations, we can only “guarantee” that we will get it to the shipping carrier on time for shipping, but it is up to them from that point forward. In addition, things happen. Acts of God or Nature. Severe weather that causes delays, wrong addresses or non-existent ones. The best advice we can give is to order as early as possible to avoid any shipping delays.
